I've told anyone who'll listen for years that there's good money taking the points against the Cards. I just can't bring myself to do it. Gambling 101: Never bet on a team you cheer for. It only compounds the misery if they fail to meet expectations, perhaps many times over.

Didn't say he was "terrible." Don't think he's terrible. If you look at my posts, I think alot of LJ.

 

That said, he does have an admitted weakness that both he and Petrino have said he needs to work on - ball security when running and INTs. Anyone who was at the UK game last year knows the frustration of his suspect ball security. Part of it you accept in exchange for the dynamic plays he makes.

 

In a game where there wasn't much to take from, the fumble (not when he was trying to make a dynamic play) and the INT (just an overthrow) the lack of progress on this item seemed worth commenting on.
