I don't see that let down this week for Mayfield. This game, like the last two years, falls between PT and Graves. Considering they came out on fire in this game last year, only to tire in the fourth quarter, I don't see any hangover from this group. I see Mayfield jumping out quickly and just pulling away gradually. As far as Graves is concerned, they will always talk no matter how good or bad they are. Just part of the cross town showdown.

There will be moments when the Mayfield fans may feel apprehension early in the game because the Mustangs will be fired up to play the Cardinals and they do have some athletes... that being said, they also have gaps in coverage and O-line as well as inconsistent skilled position players. They just got several starters back from a short suspension so they will be fired up as well. That being said, I don't see any weakness with this Mayfield team! They are athletic, fast, big, well coached... They are as fun to watch as any I can remember. Too much "Big Red" for the maroon Mustangs and it will end up as a blowout... possibly a shutout. 42-0 is my prediction.

One more thing... I think Tilghman would win a rematch with McCracken this season.

One thing I noticed about MC is they love to blitz. From anywhere and everywhere and often with multiple extras. Against this MF team, given the offensive line and receiver weapons, such a defense is playing with fire. I'm wrong more than I'm right, but MC may want to reconsider those blitz packages this week.
