I think the playbook is always limited. Conner dominated the first half last year. After halftime, they kept running the same plays - SK had adjusted and shut them down. Sounds like the same story this year.

 

A pretty good football coach once told me he put together a different play script for each half based on the plays he knew his team could run successfully - and assuming the plays that worked in the first half would set up the plays for the second half. His team scored A LOT of points.

 

Conner just keeps running the same plays.
