The Centurions (2-0) handily defeated Eastern 33-9, running their winning streak to 16 in a row. Austin Carr threw 2 TD passes, one to Milton Wright.

Central Hardin (2-0) continues to inch its way into the conversation for the top 10 in 6A. The Bruins battered Bullitt East 44-10 in Week 1.

The Centurions are playing at another level. I want Central Hardin to defeat the smaller school. I cannot convince myself this is going to happen.

CAL program has sure come a long way in a short time. Taking on this big boy schedule they have this year should make them ready for Mayfield.

I have been impressed with the Central Hardin offense and defensive lines through 2 games as well as their passing game that has progressed over the last 2 years. I think Central Hardin is looking for that statement win and will certainly be tested this Friday. Hopefully we can get some of our banged up starters back this week for this titanic matchup.

I love the fact that coach Lefors has his 2a team playing 4a,5a,and 6a schools. They should definitely be ready come playoff time. CAL wins this game.

Gonna be a nasty mess tonight. Which team benefits from the weather conditions?

Hard to tell who benefits. The team that executes better, limits turnovers and controls the line of scrimmage most time wins. Central Hardin has their hands full tonight. GO BRUINS!!!!!

Why was this game not rescheduled or at least moved to CAL where they have a turf field? How well does Central Hardin's field drain? Can any high school grass field take the kind of rain we are getting and be safe to play on? If anyone gets hurt as a direct result of playing on a :poop:y field I hope the administrators that decided to play this tonight take lots of grief.

I know the offer was made to move, but apparrently Central Hardin wants to ruin there feild for the rest of the year.

Let's just pray for safe travels to and from the game for the players and fans, no injuries, and a good (but muddy) football game.

Certainly the fact that CH is a grind it out, smash mouth, little or no finesse type team, whereas CAL is a bit more passing oriented didn't have anything to do with this decision did it?

Seriously?
