Top hits of the season

Featured Replies

I don't have a photo, but Dustin May from Belfry got LIT UP by #5 Honaker from Pikeville on the first handoff of last weeks game. Trust me, it was a HUGE hit!

I wanted to give respect to #5 Honaker from Pikeville form putting the staight whippin on May from Belfry.

But in game 1, the Pike Co. Bowl, May flat ran over a couple of NCC's secondary. I can't recall with specificity, but I remember them being pretty awesome displays of power.

Vince Guagenti of Lexcath had a tremendous hit last week against harrison, it was labeld the hit of the night on lex18. I wish i would see it again on film becuase the whole staduim went nuts.

Not to make light of this thread, but I have seen two hits by Belfry players actually knock the other teams participate unconscious in the past 5 years. One had to be carried off by ambulance although ultimately not severly injured. Talk about a hit!

I would say the best hit I have seen so far this season was the hit Tyrese Murrell of Mayfield made on the kid from Hoptown on an onsides kick that gave Mayfield the ball back to go on and win the game with a field goal.

The best hit I have seen on any level this season was Tates Creek's bruising fullback Marcus Kader's steamrolling of a poor Jeffersontown free safety in a summer scrimmage game. Ouch!
