Don't you think the Islamic Student Union should have the right to ask disruptive students to leave if they are only there to cause problems?

If that's how you see it, it also allows discrimination based on your religious beliefs too as the section quoted by mcpapa could be used to keep out Baptist, Catholics, Jews, Muslims or anyone from any religion.

So this is to keep out possible belligerent and disruptive students? Wouldn't those be reasons to remove them? Frankfort had to make a law?

That's what that one section that mcpapa quoted could be used for. The law allows other freedoms of expression that have been stifled in nearly all educational settings...maybe that was it's purpose.
