My high school art teacher created this logo back in the late sixties or early seventies.

I've always liked that Redhound logo. The 'C' on their helmet is a classic too.

When I was about 6 or 7, I couldn't get enough stuff with this logo attached. Rodger Bird was from my hometown and he played safety for the Raiders from '66 to '68 and was named Defensive Rookie of the Year in 1966 and played in Superbowl II for Oakland in '68. So as a first- grader in Corbin, I fell in love with the Raiders and remained a loyal Raider fan until the Bengals came along. Along with Rodger, I loved Daryl Lamonica, Fred Bilitnikoff, Cliff Branch , George Blanda and the guys. An iconic logo...

This is the first one that came to mind... It's pretty clever.
