May 17, 20179 yr My friend has been buying houses like crazy in Bellevue and remodeling them. How are they selling after remodel? What is his return on investment? There are a lot of neat, old houses in Bellevue but am curious if the buyers are upscale, young/old, etc. or the same people who already lived in the houses?

He has been buying them anywhere frim $10,000 to $30,000 and turns around and makes $70,000. He is flipping them pretty fast. He has a pretty good crew working for him. He us currently working on 3 historical houses in Newport, Bellevue, and Fort Thomas 3 very expensive houses.
May 18, 20179 yr Nice neighborhood. The houses on the west side have backyard skyline views through the trees. There were a lot of upset folks on that part of town who had views for years until they started developing high rises in the area.
