Glenn Campbell Says Goodbye With Title Track from Forthcoming Final Album

An absolute awful disease, my step father is far along in it and my father-in-law was just diagnosed. It is heart wrenching watching and listening to them. My guess is nearly everyone on here has a family member going through it or has gone through it.

Back to Glenn he substituted for teh Smthers Brothers Comedy Hour (which I never missed) and turned that into his cash cow and fame. He got a spinoff show that lasted 3-4 years and brought forth the popularity of Willie Nelson and Kennt Rogers. Also, he was a Beach Boy and also a background artist, along with Leon Russell, on about every song you can think of in the early 60's "You've Lost That Loving Feeling" was just one of many.

I saw this last week from his daughter Ashley

I don't know how a person could listen to this and not have a tear fall. It is the absolute ultimate strength a parson can give another.

RIP. Thank you for sharing your talent with the world and making it a better place with your songs.

Someone put that man in the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame. We can't even begin to comprehend how many recordings he played on in the 1960's.

It's incredible indeed. I mentioned Elvis' Viva Las Vegas and the Righteous Brothers' You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling but the list goes on and on.
