May 4, 20179 yr What stops black america from moving out of the inner cities where economic and educational opportunity awaits? Cost of living vs Income ratio? Family ties? Employment opportunities for current skills acquired? It's a good question and I don't know the answer but maybe some of the above could be a good starter. But does all of that translate to the buying power outside of the inner city? Does Section 8 subsidy equal a suburban mortgage? Who hires the poorly educated at a level that affords a suburban move?
