March 12, 20179 yr So the Browns sign Zeitler (good) and then trade for Brock Osweiler (bad). :lol2: I say "good" and "smart". The Osweiler trade was only about the draft picks. Cleveland went from 4th round to 2nd round and 6th round. They will get rid of Osweiler, either in trade or cut him. They have tons of cap room to absorb his salary for one year and after that his salary won't count against the cap space. See my post in the thread dealing with this trade. This is money ball and the Browns made a good move (for once). Maybe things are turning around. Maybe they are stock piling assests (draft picks) to trade for Garoppolo.
March 15, 20179 yr He was sacked 41 times last year. Whitwirth gave up 0. Zeitler gave up 1. He probably just upped his insurance policy. PFF actually has Whitworth giving up 4 sacks, love them both but no way you give Zeitler the money the Browns did or Whitworth the years that the Rams did!!
