I think Valley was outplayed for the first three quaters, but seemed to turn it around in the 4th. The winning touchdown was scored when the ball was thrown too high on a punt and recovered by Valley in their own endzone.

 

SV'd field looks great, but they need to get a new scoreboard. I heard they bought two, and two play clocks as well, but haven't put them up yet.

SV has put themselves in great position for the playoffs with the victory. Congrats to the Wildcats.

Pike Central offense either took the game off or the Valley defense showed up big time.

 

I watched the Valley game on tape where the kid from W.VA. tourched them for all of those yards rushing and I thought Central would come in and as a team do the same.

I think most people expect Shelby Valley to win in a more impressive fashion.

 

Shelby Valley certainly won the 4 seed this past Friday, but based on this game, Prestonsburg looks poised to take the 3 seed.

I disagree, SV hasn't wrapped up anything yet. ER will play SV tough.

SC will roll past SV and I'll be surprised if SV beats P-Burg.

Valley has got a good chance against East Ridge and i think valley is capable of taking pburg but as far as SC or belfry goes valley has the abliity its just a rise to the challenge thing and will haft to play hard to stay with the caliber of sc or belfry.

Playing hard won't get it for SV against Sheldon Clark, Belfry, and possibly even P-Burg...SV doesn't have the horses to compete with SC or Belfry at this time.

I agree. I don't see SV being able to compete with P-Burg, SC or Belfry.
