February 1, 20179 yr Grayson Allen seems to be CBB's whipping boy at the present, and for good reason. Grayson gives Kentucky fans a chance to vicariously re-live their hate of Laettner through him. Laettner was pretty much universally despised outside of Durham. Who are(were) some of the most despised players in college basketball in your lifetime? I remember as a kid a lot of people disliked Lew Alcindor(Kareem for you younger guys) quite a bit. My pawpaw couldn't stand him. Of course, a lot of that had to do with UCLA winning pretty much every game they played with big Lew in the middle. Is there someone you are(were) not a fan of?
