Too many times we've seen KY blue struggle in that sea (cess) of Orange.

Has always been one of my favorite games to watch.

 

1996 - saw Cats win 90-50 there.

1983 - saw Cats fall to UL in Knoxville

Worst TN vs KY games in Knoxville from my memory:

 

1976. Ernie and Bernie beat the Cats with a fight, about 5 technical fouls and a lot of fouls called on Mike Phillips.

 

1977. Cats blow an 11 point second half lead and lose to Ernie and Bernie by 2.

 

1993. The missed Alan Houston FT that turns into a basket and foul that overcomes KY's 3 point lead in the final seconds.

 

2016. That 20 point lead evaporating last year and the Vols coming back to win.
