Why is the ACLU Afraid of Police Body Cams?

If the police only turn the cameras on if there's a problem or potential problem then her fear is unfounded.

Amen Brother Clyde.

Her fear is hypocritical anyway. ACLU has argued that anyone can film police in a public place at anytime, right? Same goes for protesters, right?

I heard on one of the cable channels last night a guy said there were around 85 permits issued to groups to be at the inauguration today...all but 1 were anti-Trump.

CNN already showing one protest this morning for a few minutes.

Anybody that doesn't want body cameras on police obviously has some sort of agenda.

I don't necessarily disagree with you. Id just say it appears they want special privilege when they fight for police to wear body cams and then fight for them to not turn them on at certain events (in public).

I understand some reasons why some police don't have body cams, or why they aren't always on. But the ACLU is being hypocritical imo.
