January 18, 20179 yr I wish he would release those in jail for pot. There's a guy from my county that spent 20 years in prison because he was caught in his pot patch by the police and National Guard. His sentence was more severe than usual because he had a pistol in his pocket, which isn't unusual in the mountains. More than a few adult males in the hill country carry a pistol, and usually an old pocket knife. They threw the book a him. He got out about a year ago. He told me when other inmates asked him why he had been in for so many years and he answered "growing pot", that they couldn't believe it. There's ax murderers that's served much less time than he did.
