December 21, 20169 yr Floyd had a .21 BAC and now faces 2 more severe DUI charges: extreme DUI for BAC between .15 and .19 and the Super (duper) extreme DUI for BAC over 2. The Super Extreme DUI carries a mandatory 45 days in jail and a locking device installed on your vehicle. Also, no alcohol allowed for 90 days. The video of his arrest was released and it is disturbing. He was at a red light with the car running and in gear. He was passed out with his foot on the brake. Extremely dangerous. His doors were locked and it took some major pounding on his window to get him to get up. I would say there will definitely be an NFL suspension involved. And in other news, Hoodie says they were aware before they signed him and don't care. Hope it works out for everyone involved.

December 22, 20169 yr They need to release him. Not worth it. They're the best team in the league without him, they don't need the distraction. I wonder if he will play the rest of this year. If they get him through his jail time and in rehab in the offseason, he may be worth keeping next season. Bill has a pretty short fuse on these things. The first sign of him slipping, he will be gone.
