Have watched them, he is full of fire and brimstone, and he had his son as a nice player for a few years. I'm not just looking at box scores. Their discipline in their back 7 isn't good, he leaves kids on islands too often (who are over-matched), and he doesn't appear to me to adjust quickly. Again, he is fiery, he seems to have the absolute respect of his kids, but he isn't "great" and I'd absolutely be shocked if he gets the job permanently.

100% fair...but if you watch them play, game in and game out, IMHO, you're left wanting a little more than mean-mugging and jumping chest-bumps. His tenure at Idaho wasn't great, I just don't see him as the HC candidate here unless Jason Michael and a few others pass on the gig.
