November 15, 20169 yr Author Penn State is in a 3 way toe with OSU and Michigan. Penn State has a Tie Breaker over OSU and EVERYONE thinks Michigan loses to OSU the last game of the season.

November 15, 20169 yr Better resume IMO. Maybe depends on how you view Utah, and potentially Wash. St. and Colorado vs. LSU, Nebraska, and Penn State. I think the USC loss is worse for Washington than the 2 close losses to Ohio State and Michigan for Wisconsin.

November 15, 20169 yr If OSU doesn't win the Big Ten championship, they are out. In that scenario, I think Clemson and Louisville both find a way in. Michigan really blew a golden opportunity Saturday night. All they had to do was beat Iowa.

Either they're both disqualified as non-conference champs or neither is disqualified.
