(yes its infowars and Alex Jones. Up through 4:10 is Bev talking only without Alex Jones hyperbole.). These 4 minutes explain the whole issue with GEMs and fractional voting. November 1, 20169 yr BTW, the reason that the Shelby County, TN (Memphis) election was focused on is because no one could figure out how a heavy democratic, black city/county keep electing white Republicans to power. It seems the power of GEM and fractional voting is not at all one party or another only. One just has to know the 'feature' to manipulate the vote totals by select able percentages is there and since it's been there since 2001 - every election official who runs the GEM system (and its derivatives from other companies) can manipulate vote totals. This is truly scary - regardless of party affiliation.
