3A West: Who Makes it Out?

With Belfry and Corbin dominating the discussion in 3A, the western half has been seen as providing nothing more than a state runner-up. When traditional powers Central, Lexington Catholic, Boyle County, and Caldwell County, among others, started the season slow, that make the discussion concern rather than excitement in many cases.

 

Now that we are almost at the end of the season, the west has started to play better football and some potential representatives have emerged. Who do you see making it to Bowling Green for the finals and why?

Hard for me to choose as I think you could make a case for any of them.

Now I know computers and formulas aren't perfect but current CalPreps has Lex Cath winning against all of the other teams listed. Caldwell County was the closest in the projected score in losing only by 6. LC is playing their best football at the right time as they do almost every season and I think they have home field advantage all the way through the playoffs this year.
