How will the Top 10 change after this week? Will they change? Who is looking to move in? Who could move out after this week?

Looking forward to another 6-A challenge from North Hardin this week. I have read some posts minimizing North's wins, but they are a one-loss team that (I believe) lost that one game without the services of their extremely talented QB. That being said, this would be an opportunity for them to make a real statement.

No one can accuse CAL (4-1) of not scheduling to prepare for Mayfield. To date this 2A team has played up every game.....3rd 6A game this week against Meade Co. and wins against a 5A, a 4A, and a 3A. Played SK respectfully in opener and handily beat the largest school in Ky. (Eastern) quite handily. Pretty competitive program, but hard to see anyone but Mayfield winning out.

There are really strong teams in the bottom of these rankings. Covington Holy Cross probably has as much if not more talent than anyone in 2A. Lloyd and Glasgow are capable of springing an upset on a top team that underestimates them or doesn't play well.

Owensboro Catholic too.

Not sure what happened but I worked this week's Notebook up but can't find it. Not sure if I forgot to officially submit it or what.

 

Even if I have to re-publish it tonight I will have it up by tomorrow. I am focusing this week on the teams outside of the Top 10 if you are interested.
