This is so easy to do on college campuses. Kids are whipping in and out of roads all the time. Hopefully the bicyclist isn't hurt too badly

Agree that college campuses are teaming with potential accidents, have narrowly avoided a couple in the past several years.

I assume he wasn't charged or we would have heard something. Doesn't really say who was at fault. Just chalk it up to an accident.
