Agree with this.....I think that's what all frosh teams should be focusing on.

 

You can say that about most solid programs.

#10 for Covcath could play varsity. That kid has some talent.

 

That Cooper team that showed up was not the same team that played Highlands last week. As with Freshmen though it's sometimes difficult to predict what you're going to get.

 

No doubt that #10 is very talented. Everybody sees the skill players when they stand out.

#77 Lucas Jones played offensive tackle and noseguard. Very high IQ and motor. He will be fun to watch for the next 4 years. There are not many freshman that play the way he does.

I have seen him play twice now. He is the best freshman offensive lineman I have ever seen. He would start right now for many varsity teams. I am kind of surprised he is not at least playing JV.
