MC is good, but PT is just a very young, very inexperienced team this year. They are starting a bunch of sophomores and a few juniors. Only 4 starters have varsity playing time experience.

They made big improvements this week but they still have a long way to go. Last week was a good and rude eye-opener that hopefully they can learn from because the road just gets tougher this coming week. But I do believe they will improve as the season progresses.

PT suddenly looks the part of their hype and everyone suddenly gives them a second shot.

 

Up next? Lose to Mayfield in convincing fashion and get buried again before winning District Games and being a sleeper pick before bowing out of the playoffs a round or two early.

I don't believe there is any "hype" around them this year with their age.

It would certainly be ungarnered. Just looking to improve and see where that gets them.

Heard Central had one player taken off the field on a stretcher. Anyone know who this was or the extent of the injury?

Cody Wilson- broken knee cap, needs surgery, may have a torn ligament also. Shane Oberdorff- Possible torn ACL, Trae Talley- dislocated shoulder from Mercer County Game.
