NKU's attorneys have now filed a motion for Judge Bertlesman to recuse himself in the case...that's not an everyday thing - particularly with a federal judge.

Apparently the law firm representing Jane Doe hired the Judge's grandson as an attorney in the midst of all this. They are requesting Bertlesman to recuse himself because they are concerned with his ability to remain impartial in a case involving his grandson's firm.

How much more deliberate can you be really.

Honestly, the thought of "Team Time" is rather disturbing.

I don't disagree with you, but why repeat everything that occurred over two years ago. For people just glancing at the article they will think it involves current players and coaches. There is ONE sentence in the entire article that mentions no one involved is currently on the team or coaching staff. This writer has written several stories trying to sensationalize info about NKU players, and they were proven to be ABSOLUTELY false. This is why people don't trust the media.

I'm with you, the timing is poor.
