It's gonna come down to line play on both sides of the ball. On O Line Senior Chase Ross has 3 years experience. Two Juniors had starting experience last year. Each with half a season of starts as Sophs. D Line graduated a lot. RB's, WR's, QB, LB's and DBs are solid. Kicker doesn't miss much.

To echo Fletch both lines O and D will be key, as well as the linebacker corps. Ryle is in a good position at the skills.

The biggest question will be the play calling, QB is a beast but when the D drops back 7 it will make it difficult to thread the ball. If the Raiders commit to a running game it should be a fun offense to watch. If it is the same pass on the first two downs then forced to pass on 3rd down it will be a long painful season of talented kids and one dimensional offense.

We were about 50/50 run, pass last year. We had four good backs so we spread the carries among all 4 RB's last year to keep fresh legs and try to keep kids healthy going into the playoffs. Didn't matter since we didn't get out of the second round with SK.

Don't need you to put our 7 on 7 experience into perspective. You're not a Ryle fan anyway so why are you over here. Getting bored or scared in Ft. Thomas. We were the best 9 times last year on Friday nights and I don't see much of a drop off. Unless you have some insight to add that I'm not aware of worry about your team being .500.
