I really just don't understand the results. Personally wouldnt have put the winner in my top 5. Would've been very okay if the Clairvoyants won.

Not when it comes to music. We've had this argument all to frequently, and I get it. It's your right to listen to crummy music, if that's what you want to do. It's my right to tell people they're making bad choices, and that there's a ton of better stuff out there. Listen to what you want to, if you're good with that.

How on earth do the clairvoyants AND that magician beat Linkin Bridge, Sal, & Brian Justin Crum – like what???!!!! Total joke! C’mon AGT/America. LOL

^The Clairvoyants and the magician were easily the two best acts on the show IMO.

 

I can't stand when singing acts go far. They have plenty of shows that are solely for singers, this is for everyone and anyone.

This is the first time I’ve ever watched – it was a GREAT season, but I will lower my expectations on the results in the future. The clairvoyants and magician were ok – but both get boring about half way thru their acts. I generally skip to the next act if I’ve recorded it.

There's great money to be made in the American music biz catering to the lowest common denominator.

I agree, any of the other acts would have been better. How is a 12 year going to do a show in Vegas? Any of the other groups deserved this more.

The singers don't do anything original. They just sing someone else's work, except for the girl that won. She did her own stuff which, IMO, is a major reason she did win.

I think it's obvious. The Clairvoyants are fake. I mean, why waste their time if they already knew they were going to get second.

Was super happy with Grace winning. Original and talented. She'll be a bigger star than any of the rest. But I'm hoping the girls forget about the show before next season. :isurrender:

Let me explain....Singers have (had) American Idol, X Factor, The Voice, etc. The other acts have AGT. So yes, they're absolutely allowed to be there, but I hate when they go far.

 

I've watched the show for quite a few seasons, and the same rhetoric is always used by the judges when judging non-musical acts..."I feel like it's the same thing every time just with different props". Umm, sorry but singers are doing the exact same thing every single time they take the stage. They simply change the song they're doing.
