August 1, 201610 yr Reds once got taken on a WAS reliever didn't they, but it ended up working out? I think the Reds traded Austin Kearns, Felipe Lopez & maybe one more player (a pitcher, maybe) for Gary Majewski, Bill Bray & Royce Clayton. There may have been a couple more players involved, too. Bowden was the GM for the Nationals & knew Majewski was hurt, as I recall.
