July 8, 201610 yr Author I re read everything and still dont understand how the draft will be shorter through the site rather than BGP. @Godot Because if I'm third in line to draft and I know I'm going to be out of pocket all day I can submit a list of 3 players in the order that I want them in the MFL site and go on about my day. Then when the person in front of me drafts, 1 second later my pick will be posted and it will move on to number 4 on the draft list. That's how in will make it faster.

Thats what i am asking.

We have used 24 in the Survivor league before, completed in a week and never had to to change the time limit. So I'm confident this will work if it passes.

It usually moves pretty quickly during the early rounds. Slows a bit. Seems to move much quicker during the week than weekends, which makes sense.
July 8, 201610 yr Late to make the change? We're barely even started. The change may be made to lighten Godots workload. Surely that's not a problem for you? The change isn't even guaranteed. Just seems like you're jumping the gun on the negativity. I don't see the problem of potentially changing the draft start date. Start at the current date, one of your keepers blows out a knee and is out for the year and you're stuck with him. Change the date and he blows out a knee then you have the opportunity to drop him and get an extra pick. Where's the downside if the date is changed? I do agree that the keeper designation date should and would assume change as well. Godots already said if you want someone back you can ask and he'll do it. What's the problem? I really don't have a problem, just stating it was close to the July 8 deadline. Making Godot workload easier I am all for but he had not stated about giving back players when. I first posted. Hammer time said the same thing and nobody commented about him. It is just me. But oh well, that is the way it goes. Bottom line is if the date was not July 8th, I would not have cut DeMarco Murray but I was told that was my problem for cutting down before the deadline.
