May 29, 201610 yr He is correct. California is mostly desert. If you fly into SFO or SJO you see that that part of California is a high desert. I was there 7 months. Not a drop of rain - and it was not 'a drought'. There is Death Valley - California. Mohave Desert is in California. Its state that is mostly desert in the south. La Nina is over. The reservoirs are back. Its been in the MSM news that that reservoirs are back. Its the regulators that are chocking the farmers off from water with regulations. PS. California has not built a new reservoir in 37 years. The number of people has increased 50% during the time. Sadly, much of the US is now in an Orwellian mode where speaking the truth is either criminal or ridiculed.

Not much affect on California. But basically the Colorado does not make it to the Gulf of Baja any more due to limited flow and diverted water. Control of the water is control of the land out there. And the truth is manipulated a lot on water matters.
