May 4, 201610 yr The thing that I don't get about the bullpen is you have a bunch of guys in the minors who while not great, are doing really well down there. Guys like Somsen, AJ Morris, Chad Rogers, Dayan Diaz, and Steve Delabar. That's just at Louisville. At Pensacola, you have Daniel Wright, Barrett Astin, Carlos Gonzalez, and Nick Routt who have all pretty much been lights out. Are they ready? Some are, some aren't, but isn't that what this season should be about? I can handle the crappy season if it's at the expense of letting the young guys get their feet wet. Trotting out guys like Cingrani, Diaz, Ohlendorf, etc. isn't accomplishing anything. :idunno:
May 4, 201610 yr Send all the current relievers either to AAA, AA or packing and bring in guys from those levels to replace them with. Ohlendorf, Diaz, Hoover, Cingrani, Cotham and whoever I'm missing don't deserve the chance to be pitching in the majors at this point.

May 4, 201610 yr Fox Ohio has got to stop showing wide angle views of the ballpark. I have never seen GABP that empty on a night that it wasn't raining. Announced attendance last night was slightly over 14,000. Actual attendance was probably closer to 10K, and the entire 3rd base line was mostly Giants fans.

May 4, 201610 yr Blacked out on MLB channel. It's not on Fox Sports either so I dk why it would be blacked out. . Straily has been really good as a starter for us. Hopefully he can go 150 pitches.
