Yes, he can be arrested. Religious out would not work.

 

I'll bet ya it would simply because it would be "their right" in our country. And there would be PLENTY of people to back him up for those "discriminating" because of his religion. :puke:

And? Said person would still be convicted. Just like you can't murder, rape, etc. in the name of religion and be protected.

He'd still get arrested....and I can't think of very many instances where wife beaters get tons of support from anyone.

And? Said person would still be convicted. Just like you can't murder, rape, etc. in the name of religion and be protected.
