I'd say they'll improve it. They know they're not a contender yet, but may be in the future. With the cap going up I bet they add a few veterans this off season. I honestly like their roster better than anyone's in the East outside of Cleveland or Miami, and maybe Toronto. And Miami is old, Cleveland isn't young either.

Kyrie with a couple of clutch threes in the fourth quarter. Love has been really good of late, with his production going mostly unnoticed. The Cavs have been the best team in my estimation the past month. If they continue to make as many threes as they have, they will win the title with ease.
