I agree Reed will be the better pitcher than Stephenson. Stephenson to me seems like a headcase, mentally.

I don't necessarily believe that Reed is more advanced than Stephenson at this point, but I do believe he will end up being the better big league pitcher.

3 last year at LV, he implodes quickly and it seems to carry that over to multiple starts.
