March 18, 201610 yr What actions? Not well versed enough on either to answer. Maybe I should have asked, could either man have shown a change of heart. Dems accepted the fact that Byrd had. Another individual that changed his mind and heart was George Wallace. He admitted that what he once believed was wrong. I know for some that believing such a change of heart is hard to image, but cannot it occur? I do not know enough about Duke to say one way or another.
