West Virginia Passes Constitutional Carry

Featured Replies

No problem with it and all states should be like this. Why do we need a permit to conceal carry but no permit for open carry?

Because if you try to open carry you are often harassed and end up stop doing so. It's almost like they dare you to do so. As someone already mentioned it's a cash grab and allows people peace of mind from seeing them.

Ok, I was exaggerating on the one day part but from the time I booked my concealed carry class to actually getting my permit was over 100 days. Government is not efficient enough to shrink that down to an acceptable level.

Ah, trickle that down to the holders of the FFL. Make sure that they have the 3rd party paperwork prior to sale. Seems a doable thing to me.

I liked the video. I like the idea of teaching it as a short block to high school seniors. On a side note, I would like to see schools teach more Citizenship.

And yes I am for Constitutional Carry.

As many of you know I am a retired police officer and I have no authority to carry a concealed weapon anywhere. The day I retired it was either jump through some government hoops or loss all privileges immediately.
