Estill County faces 6 top 25 teams this season. This is why they are so dominate against the rest of the region.

 

Lady Engineers also have 3 of the top 5 players in the region

Why Conner isn't on this list they were 26-6 last season and lost biz (pitcher) but should be just fine.

Yeah there were no preseason top players from region 9 either.

When was the last time Mercy wasn't in the top 25. They play 13 out of the top 20. 5 out of the top 6. Hitting will be better this year. This team will definitely surprise alot of teams

On top players. Who voted and how are some girls that didn't play HS ball last year on the list? New to this and curious..

Coaches who are members of the KSCA and who took the time to submit ballots I assume. I think each region coaches vote for their own region.

Yeah I saw Highland ans Ryle just added a doubleheader with Woodford for May.

Highlands will be battle tested for sure.......
