Top O-Linemen in NKY for 2016

Dayton should have 2 very solid senior tackles. Derrick Norman 6'0 290 and Buddy Lukens, 6'7 270. Derrick has been crushing it in the weight room this winter, and Lukens should benefit from playing basketball, and throwing the discus.

Sophomores go to Jr Day?

Maybe they do if a college really wants them.

My lord !!!! I cant remember anytime Dayton had kids that big as in Lukens. If his mom is who I think it is then he has some very good athletic genes. She was a multi-sport star at Bellevue.

What about the monster basketball center for highlands FinFrock. Doesnt he play offensive line. I cant imagine that he wont be one of the best in nky.

6'4 230 pounds is not very big for a tackle.but he should have a good year.

He looked bigger than that in basketball. About 250 or 260.

She still has several school records for track.

It's plenty big for a high school tackle.

Ryan Princepata 6'0" 260 started for Ryle as a Soph, very strong, athletic O Lineman. Will be a strong Guard or Center for the Raiders.

Parker Bisek listed at 6'3" 232 but I think has grown also got some starts as a soph last year at Ryle.

And the kid has "basketball" good feet, so the perceive lack of size isn't really that big of a deal if he moves well.

Hopefully he can transfer his aggressiveness he shows on the hardwood to the gridiron next season.

This young man will have a great year for the Raiders.

-Very, very agile, which you don't see much in Offensive Tackles.

-Fast: Runs sub 5.0 40

-6'4, 260 and growing

I see Parker getting some deserved looks from larger programs

Thanks for the Prop's for Parker. He gave up bball this year to work out and put on some size. Although I wanted him to continue to play bball to maintain athleticism, it was his choice. He has held up his end of the bargain so far by working out hard, ASAP 3 days a week, eating. Getting stornger, adding weight and getting faster. Ran a 4.82 for coaches at Ryle, then ran a 5.0 at Best of the midwest in Indy. I hate that he proved me wrong about giving up Bball : ) But one thing is for certain, although he performed will on the drill work in Indy, but was undersized at 260. The boy needs to eat more Peanut Butter : ) Again, its fun watching him and Colton Williams progress, since they played bball together as kids.

It is amazing what eating peanut butter and drinking chocolate milk will do for helping add weight and muscle.
