Maybe but it still wasn't a heave. But known for and ability to do are separate.

Say from instance of it was from a known for 3 pt shooting, then it would have been, she has range. So I still content it was a shot not a heave.

McClendon maybe not known for her three point shooting.However,I believe she shot over 40% from there last year .She just doesn't take a lot of them.

Shot over 40% and they didn't make her shoot more??? Over 40% would be somewhere in the tops in the state!! A lot of teams didn't even guard her til the the foul line.

 

I have said 100 times that she is a great player. But telling me she shoots threes at over 40 percent...not buying it. Of course we can't tell this year because HC doesn't have their stats up like everyone else.

McClendon 1for2 from beyond the three point line which is 50%.And holycross won .so she doesn't have to shoot a lot of 3's.She gets to the bucket and scores.
