I love how Holy Cross is recognized by the local coaches who see them regularly, and have to prepare for them.

 

No disrespect to the Colonels, but number 1 in the state (Litkenhouse), and number 2 in N. Ky.

Sometimes all you have to go on is game results you see. Not everyone gets to see other teams or games around the state and it is hard to evaluate schedule strength as a result.

I was questioning that, among other things.

Undoubtedly, it was the Cooper coach who gave a first place vote to NewCath, IMO

Makes sense to me, since NCC just beat them.

You can go back and forth with Holy Cross and CovCath as to who is # 1.

NewCath should be 3rd; Cooper# 4 (based on NCC victory over Cooper).

 

Botton line: Regional seeds will be much more important than these ratings.
