I am sure this is the correct answer:

What is the year in which King Richard proclaimed (such as an executive order) that only the King or wealthy land owners could own Swans.

I am going to call this the winner.

What is, the number of miles theguru walked this year?

I just use the Health App on my iPhone. If anything, I believe the reading is close based on comparing it with some other equipment. Either way, it is a baseline for me.

Good job JD!

Just to clarify: You've walked this many miles since last Friday? If not, I claim foul, and we go to the next best answer, which has something to do with Swans and King Richard.

Good for you. I wish I had that kind of dedication. I walk but I'm inconsistent doing it and only walk 1 1/2 miles when I do walk.

I have a golfing friend who walks 5 miles every morning, over 1,800 miles per year. He's now 72 but has been a avid walker since the 1970s. And he's not a slow walker either. Not many in our area can keep pace with him.

That is really impressive.

I seriously walk three times a week, normally take one day off each week, and just walk a little bit the other three days a week along with some lifting.

My mom is 76 and walks 6 miles every single day. She's not as fast as she used to be, but she moves at a pretty good pace herself.

I started this thread for fun but what I do isn't really very special. Now LRCW's mom, she impresses me!!!
