This was the first thing that came to my mind too :lol2:

I had Prof. Weaver for two semesters of Constitutional Law and a seminar course on the First Amendment. The guy is an ardent advocate for freedom of speech and the kind of guy UofL is lucky to have in its employ.

 

I suspect that the recent problems regarding UofL's experiments in diversity and race relations are the impetus behind the opinion piece.
