Extremely cool, especially on a smartphone or tablet.

Fascinating.

Amazing that they get as close as 6 inches apart.

Blows my mind, albeit they mostly maneuver at 36 inches apart during most of their shows I'm truly amazed by them! Can you imagine flying with these guys looking out of your glass canopy and seeing another F/A-18 Hornet 36 inches from your wingtip, flying 500 miles an hour.....upside down?

WOW! I love watching the Blue Angels perform. I've seen them twice, one performance was over the ocean in Ft Lauderdale breath taking!

I have never understood how they can always be that close without incident.

For as long as they've been around and as many practice flights and shows they've done, I think they have somewhere around a 10% fatality rate.

Whenever they come to Evansville we get to watch them for 2 days practicing. My office is close to the airport so they fly over all day for 2 days. Pretty awesome.

10%? You sure? Seems really high.

John Hiltz, a Ft. Mtchell native and CCH grad flew with the Blue Angels for a number of years. Great young man.
