Word is that Perry Wing has been announced as the new 9th Region Baseball Assignor.

Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

Was told last assignor was there 10 years and it's a very tough association to assign.

I really like Perry, I have no idea what kind of an assignor he will be but he definitely has a lot of power in ref world between being a ref, being the assignor and owning Sports of All Sorts.

Last assigner was very good. Again though to do a job like that for many years is very tough.

Should have mentioned it was JJ Wurtz although I swear I think his wife was the brains behind the operation........:lol2:

From what they say, if Perry can come in control a few bad apples that caused years of problems he will be very successful.

I am glad you added more to this thread.

 

I wanted to share something else about Perry, as many of you know I frequent his gym (Sports of all Sorts) and I talk to several of his employees every week and I have never heard any of them complain about Perry, ever. My point being, Perry must be pretty good to work for.

From what they say, if Perry can come in control a few bad apples that caused years of problems he will be very successful.
