December 15, 201510 yr Not a father, but my song to dance to with my son was Rod Stewart's "Forever Young". It encapsulated every emotion, wish and dream I have ever had for him growing up and then letting him go. I sometimes put that song on repeat just to feel the emotions to this day.

December 15, 201510 yr VFW hall and White Castles and water for everyone. :lol2: My in laws picked up the tab for almost all of the wedding. It was their 5th daughter. All of it on a blue collar salary and a mom who never worked outside of the home. We fed 500 at our wedding and went thru 9 half barrels of beer and a case of booze. Time for you to start saving some money!

December 16, 201510 yr I work with a lady from Laos. She has a son and a daughter. In Laos it is customary for the groom's family to pay for the wedding. She said she wants her son to marry an American girl and her daughter a Laotian boy.
