A lot closer than I would have predicted? Anyone that was there that could give us a break down?

Looks like the Coach Dawn is in for a long season if no one wants to step up and be a leader. And the technical seemed to be proof of those frustrations.

You have Weyer that can score at will but tends to force many shots. Several appeared to run the point tonight based on the 2nd half I saw, but no one stood out.

Played only what looked like 6, maybe 7 kids in the 2nd half. Would think they would have learned after the early exit from Regionals last year you need to use your bench more.

Have to give it up to the Jugs for the fight they gave the whole game and to the Breds for holding them off.

Don't believe they have football players back yet.

Only have 7 players, and then you add 3 from the JV. Eric Anderson, Trent Wrobleski, & Austin Neff not in uniform tonight because of foofball......I'm sure we'll see them in the next game or two.

All 7 of the varsity players got in the game, as did Jared Iles from the JV team, he was the 1st sub to enter.

Very shocked that this was even close. How many football players are on the team?

Don't know why he doesn't play Wurtz more.

Is he the other tall kid?

Not the prettiest game by the Breds, but they do enough to get the win. 1st 5 NewCath possessions result in 4 turnovers, and the Juggs played a very controlled game. Lloyd did not panic and was content passing the ball until they found the open man for the shot, or found a cutter going to the basket.

NewCath was somewhat out of sync the whole night, and give credit to Lloyd for doing a great job on defense. Lloyd had two leds the whole game, 3-0 & 11-10, and the Breds never got the led to double digits.

Ben Weyer was the man tonight, as he went for 31 on the evening (15 1st & 16 2nd). He was also 8/8 from the charity strip.

Unfortunately I couldn't understand the PA guy when he would say some of he Lloyd players names, but Sterling Hamilton kept the Juggs in this one, as I had him for at least 19.

Ben Weyer 31

Luke Moeves 14

Brennen Hall 12

John Ludwig 7

Trey Wurtz 2

Brian Anderson 1

That's consistent.. Turn around fade away jumpers are super impressive. He gets real high on his jumpers that kids just don't get close to him to block it.

Don't know why he doesn't play Wurtz more.

Yes.......Has a great shot from anywhere on the floor.

Strange not seeing a Pangallo in that scoring summary.

Lloyd is underated in my opinion tgey have somr athletes. . Any stats for Lloyd. ..

Not official stats but from what I had counted (and I missed some action here and there) Hamilton 19 points, Blake Donovan 11 points and at least 10 assists, Davontay Williams 9 points, Elijah Jewett 8 points
