I have to agree with ukcatsfan. If your not in with the boys from the Ashland area or able to spend all your time in their face and trying to fit in, then you don't get a very fair shake. The younger guys can't seem to get a leg up because of all those guys buddies that they get to join from their area and they somehow move up the ladder very quickly because of who they know. Then there is the female factor. A couple of ladies who joined recently have been doing varsity games just because of their gender and they sure haven't put the time in or stood out as being a deserving varsity official any more than a male counterpart that has put in 5 or more years!!! IMO

I will have to agree with this statement. A fair shake needs to be given to everyone boy or girl man or woman.

10th region guy here and I didn't know there were good officials in the 16th region!!! Just having fun here, not trying to start anything!!:lol: :lol: :lol:

Shane Ramey has really had some big games the last couple of years and called the girls region finial.
