Should be a great game. Would try to go but if at Mason, it should sell out. It is a shame they don't play at Nippert. I wonder why they could not work it out if it was rent free. Seems like a no brainer to me...

Because there is a whole lot more to running and paying for an event like this than just the rental fee.

It is better at Mason. The place will be packed and it will be an awesome environment for both fan bases and all of Southwest Ohio. If you are a fan of high school football and don't have anywhere to be on Saturday night, I would suggest getting up there.

If you can't get there, get to a TV with Time Warner Sports Channel as they will be showing the game LIVE at 7:00 PM.

This score shows that a team does not necessarily have to run shotgun, no TE's, and no huddle all the time to have an explosive offense. There are many ways to be effective, move the ball, and score points.

I've said that a hundred times. Run ball, avoid turnovers, play good defense.

In order for Colerain's offense to work, though, you need to be fast across the board. Specifically at the OL spots. Lots of pulling and blocking down field and you can't be big and slow.

They will play Elder for the regional next.

FWIW, Colerain-Elder is a regional semi-final.

Still looking for confirmation TWCSC will air game live, not on tape delay

Oh I know all about Cincy HS football. I have probably been to 50 GCL games including many involving Colerain. I disagree with you about Mason vs Nippert but it does not really matter what we think anyway...they are playing it at Mason. I just feel there will be people who want to go who will not be able to now since it will probably be sold out...and Nippert is closer for both schools, although Mason is not a bad drive at all...certainly better than Dayton.

I went to the Moeller and Wayne game last year in Mason and really liked the environment. From a capacity perspective, Nippert is obviously better.

I like Mason, I think they've got an excellent facility

But watching Princeton, Moeller, Elder, St. X and Colerain playing epic games in the 90s, 00s and 10s at Nippert. Just doesn't feel the same with it somewhere else. 2003 Elder vs. Colerain is still the greatest football game I've ever seen

I agree on the environment aspect. 7k at a high school field will be AWESOME. Wish I could make it.
