More strange Bengals WR logic

The Bengals did this earlier in the year with other positions maybe more than once. I believe they worked out some linebackers earlier in the year. I can't recall what other positions they had people come in for a workout

LB made sense this year, we have had injury issues at the position and it was not a position of strength for us.

Deep breaths. Repeat. If a team had a WR (that was not a special teams standout) and that player was inactive for every game and he had to be waived to make room for another player.....and if your roster is not carrying an extra WR.....and if you expect that waived player may be picked up by another team .....and if there is no one on the practice squad that could fill a WR/Special Team need in case of injury.............and you have 10 days between games............it makes logical sense to take a look at some guys.

^ Little is still available and he does play special teams.

He was willing to play special teams this year......he was inactive so he must not have been enough value to play WR or Special teams. And Wright offers so much more as a WR and Special Teams player so Little was likely gone after this year.

For now but could be picked up at anytime. So might as well stay ahead of the game and look at other people in case they do need to pick someone up and Little is gone.

Hopefully we stay healthy and don't have to worry about it though.

Separate issue but agree on Wright.

Yes, healthy, that is key.

Maybe they were sending a subtle message to a current WR on their roster.
